Mold Pro of Idaho:
Our sole mission is to kill or inhibit the
growth of mold and fungi in residential housing and some
applications of commercial construction.
Visual Inspection: Mold Pro experts will inspect the home or commercial
building for visible signs of fungus, mold, water staining or
moisture intrusion. We will inspect all visible surfaces in
the home or building to include attic spaces and crawlspaces.
We will inspect the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
systems for signs of leaks or water buildup that can lead to mold
growth. Additional items may be visually inspected including,
but not limited to, exterior water management i.e., site drainage,
grading, guttering, irrigation, openings, cracks, leaks on the
exterior, proper pipe insulation, moisture barriers,
etc…
Locating the Problem Source:
Mold Pro will locate all problem sources and water
intrusion that is causing mold or other problems.
Mold Testing: Mold
Pro experts with third party consultants will use State-of-the-art
testing methods to determine if any hazard or potential hazard is
present.
Recommendations: Mold Pro
experts will make suggestions on what to do and where the problem is
located. Most other consultants do not provide this service.
Cost Estimate: Mold Pro will provide a reliable cost estimate for Mold
Abatement and repair work. Since we can perform cleanup and repair
in-house we can provide estimate on site if needed.
Interpret Laboratory Reports:
Mold Pro along with third party experts will answer
all your questions and interpret lab reports and other data for
you.
Rush Services: Our
experts will inspect the your buildings or home on short notice and
provide reports and results within hours if needed.
Mold Abatement: Frequently, our testing reveals the need for corrective
measures including various forms of abatement of contaminated areas
of the house or building. This occurs once the problem has been
addressed and moisture is within
tolerances.
